The Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX) has welcomed another company from the agri-industrial sector to its list of listed issuers—AGROVISION CJSC. The Company is engaged in the trading of agricultural products and provides technical support and professional consulting services across various agricultural sectors. Through its subsidiaries, AGROVISION CJSC imports agricultural machinery, equipment, tools, and other agricultural products from leading global manufacturers and distributes them in the Armenian market in line with local demand.
The traditional listing bell ceremony was held at the Exchange, symbolizing the Company’s entry into the capital market.
Starting 17 August, investors will be able to trade AGROVISION CJSC bonds on the secondary market through banks and investment companies that are members of the Armenia Stock Exchange.
AGROVISION CJSC’s bonds, with a total nominal value of AMD 800,000,000, have been admitted to trading on the Armenia Stock Exchange’s secondary bond market under the Bbond listing category. A total of 8,000 bonds with a nominal value of AMD 100,000 each have been listed, carrying a 13% coupon rate and a 36-month maturity. These bonds will also be eligible for negotiated trades and repo transactions.
The bond placement was carried out from 3 July to 22 July 2026 through Dimension CJSC, a member of the Inecobank Group.
